Michelle Jacobik Credit Card Debt

A SLAVE TO CREDITORS?

I’m here to tell you there is a way out!

You see in my early 20’s I was the credit card companies dream customer! I moved out of my parents home at age 19, and then buried myself in over $15,000 of credit card debt and payday loans in just 2 short years!

I HAD a been raised to “live within my means” (my mom didn’t even own a credit card!) but I was young and stupid and had a scarcity mentality that I was determined to shake.

Shopping for new shoes/clothes, new furniture, the newest techie things I could put in my new apartment, eating out almost daily and taking vacations that I couldn’t afford, was MY way to do it.

It didn’t take long before I had buried myself a deeper hole than I could get out of! I was giving away almost 50% of my take home pay to my new monthly minimum payments. Did I mention I also bought a new car?

YIKES!
What a mess I was…

I knew I had to do something different – 80% OF IT WAS MY BELIEFS AND BEHAVIORS ONLY 20% OF IT WAS HEAD KNOWLEDGE!Michelle Jacobik

I KNEW I HAD TO STOP SPENDING MONEY I DIDN’T HAVE TO IMPRESS PEOPLE I DIDN’T EVEN KNOW

I got my head back on straight and went back to my grandmother’s way of handling money.

It was obvious that I didn’t make enough money. I had to make more.

I learned how to do taxes, got licensed to sell Term Life Insurance and worked three jobs to dig myself out over the next 2.5 years.

I got out of debt.

I did it!

And I swore I’d never go back!!!!

Financial Alert
Your income is your #1 wealth building tool!
The best part was that once I freed myself from payments it was clear that I now had a wealth building tool. MY INCOME!

Here’s the harsh reality!

Banks collect more than $32 BILLION in credit card fees per year from Americans.

Bank charges- Credit Card Fees Collected
32 Billion Dollars Per Year

I know it doesn’t seem ‘smart’ to not accept their ’90 days same as cash offers’ but Americans today are drowning in debt.

Very few people like to talk to others about their finances. It’s hard enough to talk to your spouse or accountant but trust me when I tell you that talking to Michelle about the nitty gritty details of all your “good” or “bad” financial decisions will be worth it!
She brings a fresh, caring perspective but as a coach she will push you toward YOUR goal and help you remove the blame and shame sometimes associated with managing your finances.
She is a great listener and can help you and your spouse get on the same page, working in the same direction. Her years of experience in business as an owner of Sava Insurance also make her a valuable business coach.
She has helped me navigate some really tough decisions over the past year. She’s been there to encourage me when I get discouraged and celebrate my everyday successes! I recommend Michelle Jacobik without any reservation! Nicole Colter

We are the richest nation in the world, yet have the lowest savings rates.

The way to financial freedom is to RECAPTURE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS and use them to build wealth instead of banks with bigger buildings!

Think about this

We loan our money to the banks at less than 1% when we open a savings account but they gladly loan it back to us at 18.99% by offering us a credit card.

Who’s smarter?

Us or them?

Well it doesn’t have to be this way any longer!
